Subject: The OpenStreetMap Community needs your Help

Dear (xyz|Mapper)

You haven't been active in the OpenStreetMap project for quite a while. Because of that you may have missed that the preparations for the last phase of the re-licensing have started and that we urgently need you to accept the new contributor terms. With other words, if you do not give us explicit permission to continue using your contributions by agreeing to the new contributor terms. the community will have to remove and remap the data that you have contributed.

Even if you don't intend to actively participate in the future, it would still be important for all other mappers if you could license your data under the new terms.
