This is the TIGER reviewed map from ITO World as at 9th Sept 2012. See ITO's blog and the TIGER Edited Map page for detail of that.
This is a low zoom summary map of the whole U.S. Harry Wood assembled the image by fiddling in QGIS, but having seen this image Shaun's changed it so you can now view an overview at low zoom direct on the slippy map. Nice!
