I am the author of the above file, which is licensed CC BY-SA. I want to upload it to this wiki so that it's easier to find (and copy the style) for others who are trying to create printed trial guides based on OSM data.

Update: According to the documentation on this wiki, I become an "Autoconfirmed" user after making 10 edits. Well, I made 10 edits, but I still can't upload :(
