Aim of the post, if it gets published

• To show that people can map features related to accessibility, provide some useful info and starting points. This is not meant to be a comprehensive review featuring everything related to disabilities and OSM.
• Region-specific projects have not been mentioned. If they are added, it might be better to have then in a separate section.

Concerns

The particular day, its name and some terms in the post might not be something that people with disabilities agree with. Some projects might be worth mentioning, even if they are region-specific.
