uses new osmapi (Java) version since v8.0-beta1.
Libraries
osmapi (Java)
osmapi 2.0 now requires a logged-in user for all API calls involving users or changesets and documents that all map data calls made as anonymous will have the changeset and user information missing. The library does not allow anonymous posting of notes and anonymous download of changesets anymore.
