HOT Training Centre

• Discussion of the HOT Validation course, based on a recent thread on the HOT maillist : https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/hot/2016-April/011486.html
• Noted that the Validation course is required for HOT Activations, but there is no expectation of taking the course for Tasking Manager projects that are not for HOT activations. Thus it could be useful in the future to have LearnOSM material on validation, targetted to the overall community.

Backup for Nick - LearnOSM & Transifex update processes

• Steve Bower is coordinating with Jessica Marlena and others via GitHub issue #494 : https://github.com/hotosm/learnosm/pull/494
• Current proposal is to have "How to Contribute to LearnOSM" as a new LearnOSM guide, so it can be translated like other material using the current workflow
• Steve has drafted an outline for "How to Contribute to LearnOSM" : https://docs.google.com/document/d/1v8G4MwFqyjpZSUTaYn1OgPrfgJkoHdhJBmsorb7HY9E/edit?usp=sharing

• No progress, but Ralph Aytoun planning to work on this in the coming 2 weeks

• Steve suggested this could evantually be part of the "How to contribute to LearnOSM" guide
