portable marks an object as being portable.
The vast majority of uses come from the iD preset "Portable Toilets", which added the previously undocumented and undiscussed tag portable=yes to amenity=toilets (instead of the documented toilets:disposal=tank tag)
Other uses are disputed, as OSM's Good Practice guidelines recommend not mapping temporary features, and most "portable" objects have more suitable tags.
