The tag amenity=feeding_place can be used to map a place where animals are fed like a manger or an automated feeding station.
How to map
Either place a single node or draw the area of the feeding place and apply the tag amenity=feeding_place to it.
Additionally the following sub-tags can be used to refine the feeding place:
feeding:type=place/manger/automatedfeeding:for=<animal>, where <animal> means the name of the animal (english singular form). If more than one species is kept, provide a semi-colon-separated list, e.g.feeding:for=sheep;cow.feeding:fodder=hay/grain/concentrate/...
