On the golf=tee_markers relation, one can attach the course rating for that course for a specific set of tee=* for that course, both rated for male and female. This is done using the golf:course_rating:male=* or golf:course_rating:female=* suffixes.
Examples:
tee marker relations, relation/21100128 (tee=red) and relation/21100129 (tee=yellow).
