maxheight:signed=* can be used to indicate whether the maximum height of a feature is signed or not. For example on ways under bridges or in tunnels.
This allows non-numerical values of maxheight=* (like unsigned, no_indications, no_sign) to be replaced.
It is mainly used with the value "no" – maxheight:signed=no indicates that an object has no maximum height signage.
The use of this tag is similar to maxweight:signed=no.
