Used to indicate something that is not the name=* for an object. Usually, it is used because some other external or official source suggests an incorrect name. not:name=* can then be used to make sure that when people intend to edit the name, they don't (repeatedly) make the same mistake.

A geocoder may also use this key to index certain misspellings and errors with relatively low search rank.
