This tag is used to reference municipalities ("opština" in Serbian) in Serbia to their associate ID from national cadaster agency. It should be placed only on administrative relations tagged with admin_level=8.
It is established in July 2021. during discussion on standardization of all arbitrary tags from government data in forum: https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=68288. It is renamed from older tag (ref:sr:maticni_broj) which included data from all admin_levels and which is now deprecated.
