The intention of this key was to contain a statistical reference number (ID) in a particular context.
In Berlin, Germany, it was used for some road references given in governmental documents in the context of street names.
Replacement
The Berlin community had decided on Stammtisch in Nov 2020 to use the longer de:strassenschluessel=* which is composed of 12 digits for the "Gemeinde" and the 5 digits for the street.
