surface:lanes=* - For describing per-lane surface. For example surface:lanes=concrete|asphalt|asphalt
Note that all surfaces, including bicycle lanes and similar should be included (unlike in say lanes=* tag).
surface:lanes:forward=* and surface:lanes:backward=* may be also used.
See surface=* for expected surface values.
This tag is useful only when different lanes have different surfaces, if entire road has one surface then surface=* is sufficient.
