Magic Earth is a maps and navigation app based on OpenStreetMap data and available for iPhone, iPad, and Android smartphones and tablets. The app relies on open data and features turn-by-turn navigation, downloadable maps, traffic information, speed cameras, and public transport for some regions and countries. All said features but turn-by-turn navigation and partial coverage of public transportation are locked under a freemium model.

Magic Earth is originally developed by General Magic, a company who set out with the ambition to live up to the reputation of the original General Magic. Today, Magic Lane is the owner of the underlying location intelligence technology and development team and keeps on developing and maintaining the Magic Earth app.
