The Oklahoma City area in general does not have a significant number of building footprints. This could be solved by importing data from the City of Oklahoma City on their open data portal. Additionally, other datasets such as centerline data on roads might be useful as a reference to improve current road data.

This will currently not work, however, I believe they will be willing to either change this license or provide written permission for OSM to use the data.
