      • Steel pole 275 at Dolores Interchange, Olongapo-Gapan Road, City of San Fernando, Pampanga (NPC/NG; now referenced as 167)

      • Steel poles 126, 128-158, 4 portal towers, and 1 h-frame pole that was used to replace steel pole 143 because it was washed away by lahar from Mt. Pinatubo (located on Olongapo-Gapan Road, Guagua-San Fernando, Pampanga; NPC/TC)
      • Steel pole 167 on Dolores Flyover, Olongapo-Gapan Road, San Fernando, Pampanga (NPC/NG; now replaced with NAPOCOR-era steel pole 275 that was originally located on MacArthur Highway, Calumpit, Bulacan)
      • Steel poles 229, 230, 233-258, 262, 263, 268-270, 272-274, 277-282, 284-300, and 303-313 along MacArthur Highway, San Simon, Pampanga-Calumpit, Bulacan and Pulilan Regional Road, Calumpit-Pulilan, Bulacan (NPC/NG)

    • 1 h-frame wood pole located between lattice towers 5 and 6 (NPC/NG)
    • Original lattice towers 22-39, 1 portal towers located between towers 27 and 28, and 2 ERS towers that were used to replace tower 26A on its Guagua-Bacolor section (NPC/TC)
