Proposal:Key:retroreflecting

This tag is to mark objects treated with retroreflecting materials. That is, objects such as floating seamarks, fixed land marks, etc. that are painted with special paint, or have reflexing, reflective, or self-iluminating bands installed in them, such that when placing a spot light towards the object it will seem for the observer as if the object is lighting up. This can be a good way of recognizing navigational marks when navigating in areas without lit objects, or where there are a large concentration of objects in a relatively small area.
