Something wrong with the template?

I filled out the template at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposal_process#Proposal_page_template. After clicking on "save" nothing I entered was saved on the actual proposal page. Something seems to be wrong. --Rene78 (talk) 20:07, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
