Rational
Bleachers aren't building but usually are fixed to one spot especially large ones. They are usually next to sport fields that aren't in stadiums. Wanted to show the physical object on the map while not misrepresenting it as a stadium or building. These are common place as far as I know in America and are at most high school sports fields as well as middle schools they are common since there is at least one in every moderately populated town.
