Rationale

All over the world there are restaurants, butchers, bakeries and any food related places that deem themself as kosher certified. In OSM we don't have any way to notify a place is kosher or not and which kind of supervision is on place. Probably there are more then 10k place to be tagged just in Israel while i expect some thousands in the rest of the world.

Proposed tagging

as today i will propose to introduce a new tag kosher with some possible values:

• kosher=yes if we don't have any more information about
• kosher=rabbanut if the hasgacha is from the local rabbanut
• kosher=lemehadrin
• kosher=lemehadrin_min_hamehadrin
• kosher=badatz needs to be more specified? (which rabbi certified maybe)
