Proposal

Add access=students for student access features; specifically access for students of the school which the feature is next to or a part of.

Rationale

This tag should be added to disambiguate between types of access. Currently the tags access=customers and access=private are commonly used on student access features. The name=* tag is also often misused to denote student access. Using access=customers may imply that any person could just become a customer(as with other customer access features)and access the feature. access=private is also a poor tag because it is ambiguous and could cause a student to believe that they do not have access.
