Following a 2015 review of possible code of conducts we adopted a text based upon the Geek Feminism policy. We provide a short and full form as per their recommendation:
We encourage all conferences to have a code of conduct and to share it here.
Extra Notes
After SotM 2016, Gregory wrote a review of being a code of conduct volunteer and the small "incidents" that occurred.
After SotM Europe 2025, Gregory wrote about the Inclusion & Safety Team, including adding yearly clarifications to the CoC.
