Lorry drivers are usually required to remove ice and snow from their vehicles as they pose a safety hazard when falling on the ground. In order to allow drivers to reach the roof, structures (e.g. made of scaffolding) have been erected along some major highways. They are called "Räumstation" in Germany.
How to map
Add a 
node where the ramp is located, and add the amenity=snow_removal_station tag to it. Then you can add specific values.
- automated=* - if the scraper is an automated device (example). Default is no.
- capacity=* - the number of vehicles which can use the facility in parallel, default is 1.
