Use amenity=practice_bicycle_carrier to tag a standalone bicycle carrier set up for the purpose of practicing its usage. For example, transit authorities may provide these to help riders practice loading and unloading their bicycle on buses.
You may optionally use practice_bicycle_carrier=* to indicate the type of bicycle carrier this is (e.g., bus, rail, etc.), but there are not yet any established values for this.
