Note
This tag has been added as replacement of the "abuse of operator tag" that was common for "European Cultural Paths". Here a operator value of "European_Cultural_Paths" was used to tag those route relations. To make it possible to add the real operator, this tag has been introduced. It should be deprecated as soon as a nicer tagging rule is available. Important: Relations are no alternative: Relations are not categories
