A memorial that includes a marker indicating the level reached by the water during a historic flood. The marker may be an engraved inscription, a painting, a plaque, etc.

memorial=flood_mark is used in combination with historic=memorial to indicate the level reached by water and also to commemorate the historic event of a flood. If the object is not a memorial, please do not use memorial=flood_mark.
