The military=school tag is used to tag a military school whose purpose is the education of children in a military context.
Education institutions for members of the military service, often known as military academies, should instead be tagged as military=academy.
Ambiguity
It is unclear whether schools tagged as military=school must be run as part of a country's military service, with students being cadet members of the military and instruction being provided by members of the military (regular or reserve), or whether schools simply sponsored by a military service are also covered by this tag.
