The point where two different operators meet each other. This implies a change in ownership of the Right of Way.

How to map

Set a node node on the track where the border is, and add railway=owner_change.

Tags used in combination

The name and reference number of the railway given by the two owners can be tagged using the following tags. Replace "owner_acronym" by the acronym of the operator (e.g. "SCNF" for the main French railroad company)

It's helpful to add railway=:name and railway=:ref to the railroads leading to the node to specify which side belongs to which company.
