This is the US national code for a Wrong Way sign, typically placed facing against the flow of traffic on entrances to one-way streets and highways, similarly to traffic_sign=US:R5-1, the Do Not Enter sign. There is also the rarely used, but human-readable and international, traffic_sign=do_not_enter tag. Please also add oneway=yes on the way.
