I am the author of the OpenRailwayMap (https://github.com/hiddewie/OpenRailwayMap-vector) and hosted on https://openrailwaymap.app/.

Thanks for the feedback you provide in this wiki page. It would be great to improve the CZ signalling on the map. The pull request https://github.com/hiddewie/OpenRailwayMap-vector/pull/391 is the first attempt. Please leave a comment there, or create an issue, to help improve the displaying of CZ signalling. You seem to have concrete points to improve the tagging and the rendering, which is great and much appreciated.

Also keep in mind that the OpenRailwayMap follows the tagging and documentation on this wiki, created by the community with the local railway knowledge. The OpenRailwayMap will follow the tagging and documentation to implement the rendering. The current implementation in OpenRailwayMap for CZ signalling was a first attempt to render the tagged signals in OpenStreetMap. There was no documentation at the time, so the official sources were used to determine a useful way to render the signals.

I also kindly request to provide feedback about the OpenRailwayMap to the location as described in the links on https://openrailwaymap.app/, instead of posting it on the wiki without notifying the authors. I found the wiki page by accident. It is nicer in my opinion to improve the map rendering by addressing the raised issues together, instead of posting the improvements on this wiki page without further collaboration.

Also please ensure the tone in your comments remains positive. Some of the comments come across as negative to me, instead of a suggestion to improve things together.
