English: I would like to present my questions and answers to the author of Street Complete, who recommended my questions and ideas to design special tags for OSM.org for the blind. Is this the right place for this discussion and suggestions? Can I write here in Czech or rather in English?
1. Comment on Street Complete: Does this stop have tactile paving - set it to "not displayed in the Czech Republic". Reasoning - in the Czech Republic, the edges of sidewalks and crossings, so-called warning and signal strips, are marked with tactile paving, but only at crossings or at dangerous places on sidewalks, not at public transport stops. Street Complete's answer - he did not understand a bit: searching for tactile paving is allowed in the Czech Republic - he did not understand that it is unnecessary at bus stops
Conversely, add a question (tag) to a public transport stop (buses, trams, especially public transport - public transport or public transport): Does the stop have a so-called intelligent talking departure board? However, this can only be detected by activating a special VPN radio, which only blind or partially sighted people own. There are similar boards at train (railway) stations, departure and arrival boards.
2. Barriers at railway crossings - in the Czech Republic they can be supplemented with so-called additional sound signaling for the blind. A list of these places can possibly be found on the website of the blind organization www.sons.cz/bariery. Street Complete's answer: it is allowed everywhere - prove it with a map of crossings.
3. Stairs - the question is whether they have tactile paving at the top and bottom. The question should also be whether the stairs for the visually impaired are marked with a color, most often yellow or white - the first and last step. It is even a far more common solution for barrier-free accessibility, it also helps the elderly. Street Complete's answer: they don't meet the search guidelines
4. What is the height of the curb - here I would replace this question with a question about whether there is access to the sidewalk (for wheelchair users). Incidentally, this is a counterproductive solution for the blind, which is why warning and signal strips were created to alert the blind to the end of the sidewalk (see point 1). Street Complete answer: in SC we can only present answers that can be marked in OSM.
5. Transition - should have a tactile guide line in the middle - does it or doesn't it? Answer: if I understood your request correctly, this is not possible in Street Complete. Yes, the tag for OSM is missing!
6. Does crossing the street (road) have signaling for the blind? If the person who edits the map does not have a VPN radio that activates the signaling or if he happens to not hear it - a blind person with a VPN radio activates it, he will probably set the tag to say that the transition is signaling, but in fact there may be sound signaling. It's an increasingly common phenomenon - newer traffic lights. It is only partly related to the button on the post at the crossing - the button on the divided crossing, with the island between the streams of the road, the button on the post on the island can help the blind to turn off the sound signaling on the already traveled route. 7. traffic light tag for cyclists - can also help the visually impaired - traffic light at eye level, visually impaired can see it better, helps cyclists, pedestrians. 8. 9. tag for sound beacons for the blind, they are commonly found in the Czech Republic on bank buildings, offices (Magistrates, courts, banks...), post offices, schools, or at subway entrances or even inside subway stations or at transport hubs. 11. Do not forget the tag for the height of the passage, underpass, tunnel, if it is low, lowered ceiling. Street Complete answer: For tunnels and other places with height restrictions, the height is already queried.
13. tag for the toilet - WC for the use of a euro key - the list can be found at www.NRZP.cz - the website of the National Council of the Disabled - guarantor of key issuance and administration in the Czech Republic. Important especially for the blind, but also for wheelchair users and e.g. those with ostomies. Czech: Rád bych představil moje otázky a odpovědi autora aplikace Street Complete, který doporučil mé dotazy a nápady k navržení speciálních tagů pro OSM.org pro nevidomé. Je zde pro tuto diskusi a návrhy správné místo? Mohu sem psát česky nebo raději anglicky?
1. Připomínka k Street Complete: Má tato zastávka hmatovou dlažbu? - nastavte na „v ČR se nezobrazuje". Zdůvodnění - v ČR jsou okraje chodníků a přechodů, tzv. varovné a signální pásy, označeny hmatovou dlažbou, ale pouze u přechodů nebo na nebezpečných místech chodníků, ne u zastávek veřejné dopravy. Odpověď Street Complete - trochu nepochopil: hledání hmatové dlažby je v ČR povoleno – nepochopil, že je zbytečné u autobusových zastávek.
Naopak k zastávce veřejné dopravy (autobusy, tramvaje, zejména MHD - městská hromadná nebo veřejná doprava) přidejte otázku (tag): Má zastávka tzv. inteligentní mluvící odjezdovou tabuli? To se však dá zjistit pouze aktivací speciálního VPN rádia, které vlastní jen nevidomí, případně slabozrací. Podobné tabule jsou i na vlakových (železničních) nádražích - odjezdové a příjezdové tabule.
2. Závory na železničních přejezdech - v ČR je lze doplnit o tzv. doplňkovou zvukovou signalizaci pro nevidomé. Seznam těchto míst lze případně nalézt na stránkách organizace nevidomých www.sons.cz/bariery Odpověď Street Complete: je všude povoleno – doložit mapou přejezdů.
3. Schody - otázka je, zda mají nahoře a dole hmatovou dlažbu. Otázkou by také mělo být, zda jsou schody pro slabozraké označeny barvou, nejčastěji žlutou nebo bílou - první a poslední schod. Je to dokonce daleko častější řešení bezbariérové přístupnosti, pomáhá i seniorům. Odpověď Street Complete: nesplňují pokyny pro hledání.
4. Jaká je výška obrubníku - zde bych tento dotaz nahradil dotazem, zda je vjezd na chodník (pro vozíčkáře). To je mimochodem kontraproduktivní řešení vůči nevidomým, proto vznikly varovné a signální pásy, které upozorňují nevidomé na konec chodníku (viz bod 1). Odpověď Street Complete: v SC můžeme prezentovat pouze odpovědi, které lze označit v OSM.
5. Přechod - by měl mít uprostřed hmatovou vodicí čáru – má nebo nemá? Odpověď: pokud jsem správně pochopil váš požadavek, není to možné v Street Complete. Ano, chybí tag pro OSM!
6. Má přechod přes ulici (silnici) signalizaci pro nevidomé? Pokud člověk, který edituje mapu, nemá VPN rádio, které signalizaci aktivuje nebo pokud ho náhodou neslyší - aktivuje ho nevidomý s VPN rádiem, pravděpodobně nastaví tag na to, že přechod signalizaci nemá, ale ve skutečnosti tady může signalizace být. Je to stále častější jev – novější semafory. S tlačítkem na sloupku u přechodu to souvisí jen částečně - tlačítko na děleném přejezdu, přechod s ostrůvkem mezi proudy silnice, na sloupku na ostrůvku může pomoci nevidomým vypnout zvukovou signalizaci na již projeté trase. 7. tag pro semafor pro cyklisty - může také pomoci slabozrakým - semafor ve výši očí, zrakově postižení ho lépe vidí, pomáhá cyklistům, chodcům. Nutno dávat pozor na cyklisty, koloběžky... 8. Některé přechody mají zesílené přidané osvětlení nebo i světlo dole mezi pruhy zebry (Cíglerova, Praha 14, na mostě), eventuelně zebra má reflexní vrstvu, je vidět i ve tmě (pokus Praha-Dolní Počernice) Odpověď Street Complete: diskutovat o nových návrzích na označování na fóru nebo v mailing listech; nesplní pokyny pro hledání
9. tag pro zvukové majáky pro nevidomé. Běžně se v České republice nacházejí na budovách bank, úřadech (Magistráty, soudy, banky...), poštách, školách, nebo u vchodů do metra nebo i uvnitř stanic metra nebo na dopravních uzlech. 10. tag pro ozvučené bankomaty - v České republice zatím bankomaty bank ČSOB a Česká spořitelna. Odpověď Street Comoplete: diskutovat o nových návrzích na označování na fóru nebo v mailing listech; nesplní pokyny pro hledání
11. Nezapomínat na tag pro výšku průchodu, podchodu, tunelu, pokud je nízká, snížený strop. Odpověď Street Complete: U tunelů a dalších míst s výškovým omezením je výška již dotazována.
13. tag pro toaletu - WC pro použití euro klíče - seznam najdete na www.NRZP.cz - web Národní rady zdravotně postižených - garant výdeje klíčů a administrace v ČR. Důležité zejména pro nevidomé, ale i pro vozíčkáře a např. pro stomiky. Otázka Street Complete: Jsou toalety přístupné lidem na invalidním vozíku? diskutovat o nových návrzích na označování na fóru nebo v mailing listech; nesplní pokyny pro hledání Já: Samozřejmě, s tím se počítá. Stačí přidat euroklíč – to také znamená, že nemusíte platit za WC a že jde o samostatný bezbariérovou místnost i s hygienickým vybavením - umyvadlo, přebalovací stůl. Děkuji.
