Note: The intermediate "data.csv" file referenced in Import_adres_z_RUIAN#Workflow is UTF-8, and it's actually not a Comma-Separated File, but a _pipe_-separated file - the fields are delimited by the character | (Unicode codepoint U+007C, ASCII 124)

You shouldn't use addr:place=* and addr:street=* at the same time according to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:addr:place

your address import happened years ago but I found out just some weeks ago that there might be a problem with it:
You often use the combination of addr:place=* and addr:street=* at the same time. According to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:addr:place this is not legal and it causes Apps like "Organic Maps" to fail at address search: https://github.com/organicmaps/organicmaps/issues/9069
Do you see a way to change/correct this or should the wiki-rule be changed?
