Updating Linn County Bike Trail Information in OSM

I'm planning to start a pretty big effort to update the Bike lane and trail info for Cedar Rapids. City rating sites like People for Bikes uses OSM data directly to rate the city and the ability for cyclists to get around base on a stress map analysis (BrokenSpoke). As part of the Cedar Rapids Active Transportation Advisory Commission, I've created a more accurate stress map using OSM combined with many other sources of truth like IDOT, Corridor MPO and Cedar Rapids ARCGIS. By comparing this with the BrokenSpoke analysis, I've identified about 4000 data attributes that needs to be updated to accurately reflect the Cedar Rapids bike infrastructure. Timing and method are still TBD. As part of LAMBA (Linn Area Mountain Bike Association), I've already gone in and fixed the attributes for all the MTB trails in Linn County, but that was a much smaller task.
