on https://www.astra.admin.ch/astra/de/home/dokumentation/daten-informationsprodukte/verkehrsdaten/daten-publikationen/automatische-strassenverkehrszaehlung/messstellennetz.html I found a linked spreadsheet with geographic names explaining "direction 1" and "direction 2"
and: there is no direction 3! (Taginfo listed 2 ocurrences).
