I've just created this page to document the existing usage of a tag I discovered while browsing taginfo.

There are about 4800 existing instances of this tag; the majority are found in the Philippines but there is some usage in Europe, North America, and other parts of the world as well. I downloaded a JSON extract of the features with this tag from Overpass Turbo and analyzed them with jq and grep. I've aimed to accurately describe what I found in this page.

If you have any additional information about this tag, please feel free to add it. I'm particularly interested to know if any editors automatically add this tag when you convert, say, a node to a way, or a way to a multipolygon relation.
