Section:What is the spirit of the licence?

The latter sentence is debateable. What about the sentences before that. They're all pretty uncontroversial no?

Propose we move this question back in the main Legal FAQ without the closing sentence so..

"To make the OSM data free for everyone to use. Forever. It is not the intention of the licence to prevent the use of OSM data. However, it is the intention to ensure, that the data OSM content is free (and will remain free forever)."
