Merging and deleting this page

For two years there is a banner "Merge" and no one answers. I therefore propose to keep the content of the "OSM Contributor Mapping Tool" page which is the most complete, and which is already translated into three languages, and to delete the "OSM Contributor" page whose content is entirely included in "OSM Contributor Mapping" Tool ".
