It is a vote of 7 years ago, things have changed a lot in 7 years. That a vote was not taken into account does not mean that it is not currently used. JOSM uses it, OSMAnd uses it, maps.me uses it, iD uses it. All the important programs take it into account. And it is documented in the wiki its use apart from this proposal that has already evolved. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag%3Aroute%3Dlight_rail

I see it a mistake not to take into account one thing that most programs already take into account because 7 years ago it was not used. OSM evolves. --Sanchi (talk) 23:12, 4 April 2018 (UTC)
