Rename 'OpenStreetMap humanitarian development partners'

My first interpretation of the page title would be 'development' as in developing code, or developing the OSM project in some other way (all interesting topics for a wiki page, but it's not what this page is about) I propose we add the word 'humanitarian' -- Harry Wood (talk) 00:55, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
