I moved this page from OWL to Ostwestfalen Lippe because I have a feeling "OWL" will be used for some other project abbreviations. I've seen a past mailing list discussion mentioning OWL as in wikipedia:Web Ontology Language. But more importantly User:Matt is coming up with an OSM tool which I believe he wants to call OWL

Anyway aybe this page should have been called "owlverkehr" or something. It seems to relate to a train service(?) Might be the best way to sort out duplicate "place" type information appearing on OWL-Treffen
