Position and effect of node tagging

If you tag the crossing node of a typical two-way crossing like that which streets have the asl then? All 4 of them? Just like traffic lights and stop signs there should be a more elaborated tagging or placement of that node. Please specify in your proposal if the crossing node should be tagged like that or a node at the location of the stop line on the road leading towards the crossing. --Grille Chompa 10:23, 20 May 2010 (UTC)

Objects to use for

Please, tell us for which objects this proposal will/should work. Only for nodes or also for ways ? I know some places where the "collecting"-box is spread over 2 lanes and in future we will be able to tag the area from pictures.--Skyper 05:54, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
I was proposing that the tag should be used on nodes, these nodes could be part of a way though. I thought since the boxes are usually of a certain depth which doesn't change this would be best. If the 2 lane road was marked with a single way then I would and one node however if it was made from separate ways I would add multiple nodes. --Awardle 2010-06-22 17:09:00 UTC
I was talking about a seperated lane for left turns. However there is only one box for both lanes. In my hometown this is the most common use, with a short cyclelane to allow the cyclist to ride up front on the right side of the road and wait in front of the cars.--Skyper 01:58, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
