Why is this marked as abandoned?

I see this was marked as abandoned, but it is used about 120,000 times. Maybe the proposal should instead be changed to "de facto" or "in use" instead? FredrikLindseth (talk) 10:59, 10 April 2018 (UTC)

• Proposal is abandoned. If somebody wants one may document real usage at Key:isced:level (that may follow proposal or may not follow, it requires investigation). If one wants, it is also possible to reactivate proposal and go through RfC + vote Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 12:26, 10 April 2018 (UTC)
