There is more Software for Symbian: AFTrack, BikeAtorQt or just look in the history to some changes made by others, overwritten by the bot

Have a look at User:TTTBot, it explains how to document software so that it will not be overwritten by the bot. I talk to the users when I notice that the bot has overwritten something, but I sometimes miss edits. Originally, I expected that the hint below the table, together with the warning in the sourcecode above the table, should be enough. Apparently nobody reads them. :( --Tordanik 18:54, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

"s60" and "symbian"

One of the reasons why programs don't show up here is that they are tagged as platform=s60 instead of platform=symbian. I don't know much about Symbian, so is "Symbian(OS)" the same as "S60", at least in practice, or something completely different?. Should programs tagged as "s60" show up here, too? Or should they have maybe been tagged as "symbian" in the first place? --Tordanik 19:11, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

Symbian is a Operationg-System (Like Windows). S60 a special version of it (Like XP, 7, 2000). And there is another specialisation like 3rd or 5th. 5th Edition is Smartphone only. So developer can be shure the device has a Touchscreen. I think Symbian is ok. Maybe there should be a switch to select S60/3rd or S60/5th.
Today you even have Symbian/Symbian^3 Anna, Symbian/Symbian^3 Belle. Not that there are any issues between them, but Belle has some different theme styles that you can add to a software. --Startail 15:37, 15 July 2012 (BST)
