Relation to shop=photo?

It's not clear how this tag relates to shop=photo. Both are shops where you can have your picture taken. The only difference I could imagine is freelance photographers that don't run a business, but those should not be on OSM to begin with, since anyone who owns a camera can be a photographer. -- Eiskalt-glasklar (talk) 05:59, 9 October 2022 (UTC)
