Replacing the recommendation of disc_golf:par with par
The wiki page considers the correct method of marking a hole's par as `disc_golf:par`, even though the iD presets use `par` and the number of uses of `par` far out numbers `disc_golf:par` (`par`: 2806, `disc_golf:par`: 441 as of July 2024). There is also no recomendation for this usage in the proposal https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/how-to-map-a-disc-golf-course-proposal/103445/5.
Should the wiki be changed to recommend using `par`? We could use the same method as Key:golf:par and keep Key:disc_golf:par for representing an entire course's par. --Aws404 (talk) 08:23, 25 July 2024 (UTC)
How to map multiple tees for one hole?
There is a disc golf course in my area that has two tees for some of the holes. One tee is for a much longer distance the other - 525 feet vs 770 feet, or 160 m vs 235 m. The hole number is the same for both distances. The tees are not color-coded or otherwise marked.
How should we map the holes for these?
I can think of two ways, but there may be others. One is to draw just one line for the hole, starting at the longer tee, joining the shorter tee, and then on to the basket:
tee-----------tee---------------10-----------------basket
The dist tag on the hole has two values with semicolons, like 160;235.
The other way is to draw two lines for the hole, one line from the longer tee to the basket, and a separate line from the shorter tee to the basket:
tee-------------------10------------------------\
tee------------------10--------------basket
The dist tag on each hole has just one value.
