Extend the definition to include cyclists

The current definition, as two separate bullet points, includes motorists and pedestrians respectively. I know of situations where the hazard condition is particularly (or only) relevant for cyclists, for instance a ventilation shaft across the cycle track. I suppose that adding "and cyclists" to any of those bullet points should not be a problem, but I prefer asking first. Bxl-forever (talk) 12:02, 2 October 2026 (UTC)
