Recreated without reference to Tag:landuse=meadow

This page was a redirect to Tag:landuse=meadow for a long time. In 2018 someone's re-created it. Aside from the reasons for redirecting (which I don't really feel so strongly about these days, although my instinct is still to suggest we don't need a second meadow tag)... I must say I find it a bit annoying that people would re-create a page like this without either

A) adding anything, not even a little note, to the discussion where we talked about whether the tag is a good idea: Talk:Tag:landuse=meadow#landuse=meadow_or_natural=meadow? (This talk page originally redirected there, so we can't say people were not aware of that discussion)

B) adding link to Tag:landuse=meadow on the page with some explanation of how to distinguish.

If we're not going bother doing either of those basic things (either in the original re-creation or in the four years since) then I think it should be wiped and redirected again.
