office=estate_agent vs shop=estate_agent

I think `office=estate_agent` should be for the office of a real estate company that isn't open to customers directly (think head office) and `shop=estate_agent` for the retail store fronts that exist for customers to buy and sell property at.

Office/showroom of a specific development

How to tag the office/showroom of a developer's specific housing/apartment development. Usually these are around for a few years while the area is being developed to sell off the plan. These aren't quite real estate agents, rather the developer themselves. --Aharvey (talk) 10:09, 13 March 2021 (UTC)
