This should be a separate gauge=* tag, since any type of railway can be any gauge. It's also better not to use the term 'narrow gauge', because, yes, it's understood worldwide to mean less than standard gauge (4'8.5"), but many countries don't use standard gauge as their standard. India's "Project Unigauge", for instance, is standardizing the country's network at 5'6". So, from that standpoint, official standard gauge is actually a de facto narrow gauge. --NE2 18:54, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
